Main entrance door/Flat entrance door
The basic equipment for any entrance door comprises certified security striking plates with wall cramps, stable mortise locks, door fittings with pull-out resistance, as well as a door cylinder with a security card.

The basic mechanical protection is ensured by expertly fitting reinforced bolt locks, or alternatively additional door locks and hinge side security devices.

This all depends on the door construction being sufficiently stable.

Note: special conditions have to be observed with fireproof doors!

Cellar and side-entrance doors
You should not ignore cellar and side-entrance doors, either. It is precisely here that crooks can often ‘work’ undisturbed. That’s why you should secure these doors with the same diligence as your front door. This applies to the door cylinder, the mortise lock and the protective fitting. What are especially recommended here as extra security are reinforced bolt locks specifically designed for this purpose.
