With security card to prevent unauthorised copying of key (additional keys are only supplied by ABUS on presentation of the security card)  
More than 1 million guaranteed key differs: 13 pins in three planes of angles plus 2 additional pins in the security seesaw  
Integrated emergency feature, i. e. the cylinder can be operated from the outside even when a key is already inserted on the inside
